major skill manages skills as local folders. A skill folder must have a SKILL.md at its root and can hold any other files the skill needs, such as references and scripts. A .major/config.json links the folder to the skill. Once you have a folder, edit the files and use major validate, major push, and major publish to save and release changes.
The skill’s name comes from the SKILL.md frontmatter, so major skill create does not take a name.
Every major skill subcommand accepts --json to print one JSON result.
